12 MONTH WARRANTY ON ALL APPLIANCES PURCHASED DIRECTLY
When we deliver your appliance you will be issued with an invoice with a 12 month warranty for New Graded Appliances as of 1/6/2 Purchased directly via the website. Please read the warranty before signing you will be given the warranty and invoice on arrival.
Warranty / returns
Returns within 14 days
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order
within 14 days after receipt of the products, without giving a reason. However, the item must be unused and
in its original delivery condition for us to be able to refund you the full amount. If
the item has been installed and/or being used, we will only be able to refund
you a percentage of the products value.
Returning a faulty Product
If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at
all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us so contact us and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your
faulty product or assist you with receiving a full refund. To Verify a Fault we reserve the right to schedule an Engineer first.
Warranty cover
If within the warranty period after 30 days (or before 30 days your choice), your appliance develops a fault that is not caused by customer misuse we will replace your appliance with a similar product but we cannot gurantee it will be the same brand or colour.
If customer misuse is found or accidental misuse has been established to be the cause then unfortunately we cannot replace your appliance, but will still try our best to assist you.
We highly recommend that you also take out an additional warranty plan before your warranty with us expires. Many companies exist online that offer appliance warranty care. An appliance is a machine with moving parts and new graded or refurbished faults can arise within its life span.
FREE INSTALLATION SERVICE
If you opt for our free appliance installation service we expect that your appliance can be installed easily and all plumbing and electrical access points are in good working condition. We cannot make alterations to plumbing, electrical sockets or kitchen fittings. If you don't have a washing machine inlet hose we can supply these at £5.99.
