Graded New in simple terms is a New appliance at up to half the cost. Either a slight scratch or dent or a 28 day return that's fully tested and clean all with a 6 month warranty. A lot of scratches or dents are on the side which can't be seem when installed. All photos are of the actual appliance.
We specialise in Washing Machines, Washer Dryers and Cookers the appliance you see on the website is the appliance that will be delivered to you with free installation and we even take away your old appliance for free. Payment is after installation so you don't pay before you see your appliance working.
Our delivery costs vary with our flexible options and depend on your postcode - but range from 12.99 to 29.99. Same Day - Next day delivery and certain timeslots will cost a little extra but the maximum remains as above.
Installation and taking away your appliance is always a free service many companies charge up to £30 just to install we charge zero its FREE.
We don't only price match we sell cheaper than any competitors we know of online but still with great customer service, we pride ourselves on customer service and great after care service if required. Our washing machines are fully checked despite being new and up to half the price.
You pay for your appliance after free installation see your appliance working before you pay. The only appliances we don't install are electric cookers we suggest you arrange for a qualified electrician to install your electric cooker. Payment is by cash card (via paypal) or bank transfer.
Please see our warranty page for full details. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition but we accept general use . After 30 days we will swap with a similar appliance as long as its not customer damage within our 6 month warranty.
